The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of spiritual leadership on emotional commitment, with an emphasis on the moderating role of organizational justice among physical education teachers in Mashhad. The statistical population of this study was 1471 physical education teachers in Mashhad. Therefore, according to the Morgan table, 306 people were randomly selected. The data collection tools in this study were three organizational justice questionnaires by Niehoff and Moorman (1993), the spiritual leadership questionnaire by Fry (2003), and the emotional commitment questionnaire by Edigüzel, Farouk, and Caradel (2020). The hypotheses were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual leadership and emotional commitment. The highest relationship between hope and emotional commitment is 0.763, and the lowest relationship between performance feedback and emotional commitment is 0.119. There is a positive and significant relationship between organizational justice and its components and emotional commitment. The highest correlation between procedural justice and emotional commitment is 0.405, and the lowest correlation between interactional justice and emotional commitment is 0.21. There is a positive and significant correlation between spiritual leadership and organizational justice. . According to the results, it is suggested that school administrators set a vision based on the participation of sports teachers and students annually and express the performance of sports teachers in the form of supportive and positive feedback.
